- • As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will perform in-depth financial analyses, prepare business cases, ROI and CBA models, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to leadership across departments.
- • You will work closely with finance, operations, provider compensation teams, and senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, monthly close activities, and data-driven decision-making.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop advanced financial modeling skills, mentor junior analysts, influence corporate strategy through forecasting tools, and gain deep expertise in healthcare finance within a mission-aligned, Great Place to Work-certified organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- • 6+ years of financial experience in healthcare delivery, operations, or health insurance industry in progressively responsible roles.
- • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting tools including SQL, Axiom, Cognos, and Oracle.
- • Proven ability to lead business case analyses (BCAs), ROI, and cost-benefit analyses from initiation to presentation.
- • Advanced MS-Office skills and strong user proficiency in financial software and data analysis.
- • Strong analytical, presentation, time management, and attention-to-detail abilities with proven communication skills.
