- • The Senior Finance Systems Analyst serves as a specialist-level expert responsible for the strategic health, scalability, and evolution of enterprise finance systems, partnering with Product and Finance leadership to identify systemic challenges, design future-state solutions, and lead high-impact initiatives that drive efficiency and data integrity.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements; translating needs into technical specifications and system configurations within NetSuite; supporting system health and performance; documenting as-is and to-be processes; executing enhancements, configurations, and testing cycles (including UAT); maintaining documentation in Jira and Confluence; and contributing to process optimization initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- • 4+ years of progressive experience in ERP/finance systems roles
- • Advanced experience with NetSuite (configuration, integrations, optimization, reporting architecture)
- • Strong experience with Jira and Confluence (workflow design, documentation governance)
- • Expert-level ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architecture
- • Deep understanding of finance systems architecture and controls (GL, AP, AR, reporting)
