- • Senior Financial Analyst role focused on strengthening Roku’s financial infrastructure by owning consolidated reporting processes, improving data integrity, rebuilding core reporting models, and driving automation and standardization initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and managing company-wide consolidated P&L reporting packages, performing monthly/quarterly/annual data consolidation across business units, maintaining and enhancing standardized reporting templates and dashboards, building and automating recurring financial reports, rebuilding legacy financial models, developing validation checks for data integrity, conducting variance and trend analysis, monitoring KPIs, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing analytical support for ad hoc reporting, identifying opportunities to standardize workflows, leading or supporting reporting system enhancements, and documenting processes to build a scalable FP&A operating model.
- • The Corporate FP&A team at Roku is the center of the finance organization, owning company-wide consolidated P&L reporting, forecast and close deliverables, and strategic analyses. The team partners closely with business unit FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations to deliver coherent financial insights for leadership decision-making. Roku is launching new capabilities in India to support its U.S.-based FP&A team, offering a high-impact opportunity to contribute to global financial reporting and process excellence.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in financial consolidation, reporting automation, data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with U.S.-based teams. You will drive process improvements, enhance data integrity, and contribute to scalable financial operations while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment at a global leader in TV streaming.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar quantitative discipline
- • 4–7 years of FP&A, financial reporting, controllership support, or similar analytical experience (experience supporting global teams preferred)
- • Strong experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and large data set management
- • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling; VBA/macros a plus)
- • Experience working with planning systems (Anaplan preferred) and ERP systems
- • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
- • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting structures
- • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive automation
- • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- • Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables with tight deadlines
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
- • Experience working with U.S.-based team members at an international corporation
