- • Senior Financial Analyst role at Comply Technologies Inc., a leading provider of compliance SaaS and consulting services for the global financial services sector, supporting over 5,000 clients worldwide.
- • The role involves financial modelling, analyzing financial data, and communicating insights to drive performance improvements and support strategic decision-making within the Finance team.
- • Comply empowers Chief Compliance Officers and their teams to manage regulatory obligations, mitigate risk, and scale operations efficiently across broker-dealers, insurers, investment banks, private funds, RIAs, and wealth managers.
- • The Senior Financial Analyst will contribute to the development and implementation of action plans based on financial analysis, enhancing the company’s financial performance and supporting growth initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, conducting variance analysis, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable business insights.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
- • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, or corporate finance, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statements; ability to interpret and analyze financial data accurately.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization.
