- • As a Senior Financial Analyst at Salsify, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the company’s growth from $100M to $500M in revenue, partnering with leadership to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- • Day to day, you will lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; present business outcomes to stakeholders; package and share key findings from financial models; collaborate with G&A teams (accounting, talent acquisition, business operations, compensation/rewards, legal/security); identify and lead process improvements and automation initiatives; participate in monthly close meetings; and perform ad hoc analysis to support various organizational needs.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SaaS financial modeling, cross-functional partnership, and scalable finance processes while contributing to technology and process efficiencies that support accelerating growth. You’ll gain visibility into enterprise-level financial strategy and develop leadership potential through ownership of key planning cycles and initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in finance
- • BS degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- • Experience working at a technology and/or high-growth company
- • Proficiency with Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and NetSuite
- • Experience with SaaS and/or recurring revenue models, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data
- • Ability to problem solve individually and collaboratively, with a desire to understand underlying results and data
