- • As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping SpryPoint's financial future, taking ownership of expense forecasting, in-depth cost analysis, and fostering strong financial partnerships with department heads across the organization.
- • Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you will be the go-to finance expert for leaders in departments such as Client Success, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and General & Administrative (G&A).
- • Your primary responsibility will be to drive enhanced visibility into spending trends, ensuring a clear alignment between strategic operational plans and tangible financial outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis techniques.
- • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- • CPA or CFA designation is an asset.
