• • As a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A at ServiceTitan, you will play a pivotal role within the finance organization, serving as a dedicated FP&A partner deeply embedded within the business. This highly visible and impactful position requires you to be close to critical decision-making processes, bringing both robust financial data and compelling narrative to the forefront.
• • You will be instrumental in driving the monthly financial close process, ensuring a deep understanding of monthly performance against plan and forecast. This includes preparing detailed variance commentary, understanding and validating accruals, and proactively identifying and communicating any risks and opportunities to both finance and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership teams.
• • A core responsibility will be managing headcount and expense planning. You will lead the monthly forecasting cycles and the annual operating plan (AOP) process, effectively translating the strategic and operational needs of the GTM teams you support into accurate and actionable financial forecasts.
• • Your ability to transform raw data into strategic decisions will be paramount. You will develop a deep command of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement to diagnose the key drivers of financial performance, shape strategic narratives, and partner closely with leadership on high-impact, ad hoc analyses designed to propel the business forward.
• • You will be expected to "dig into the data" to uncover emerging trends, potential risks, and significant opportunities. This involves gaining a thorough understanding of the unit economics and efficiency drivers that underpin ServiceTitan's business model. You will consistently come to the table with a clear, data-backed point of view on budget allocations and financial trade-offs.
• • This role demands you to be a trusted business partner, becoming the go-to finance voice for leadership. You will provide clarity on performance, advise on strategic trade-offs, and contribute to the decisions that shape how the business achieves its ambitious growth objectives.

• • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models that support forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis. These models should be dynamic, accurate, and easily adaptable to changing business conditions.
• • You will play a key role in enhancing the financial reporting infrastructure, working to improve the clarity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reports and dashboards for both internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• • The Senior Financial Analyst will also be involved in performance management, helping to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing dashboards to track progress against these metrics, providing actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
