- • Maintain and evolve revenue forecasting models to support scenario planning and executive forecast reviews for GTM finance operations.
- • Prepare month-end and quarter-end forecast-to-actuals packages, flash reporting, and topline performance narratives to inform leadership decisions.
- • Track, analyze, and report on key revenue and customer KPIs including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn, pipeline conversion rates, and other SaaS metrics.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all financial reporting and metric definitions.
- • Execute ad hoc strategic analyses on pricing structures, sales channel efficiency, and new business opportunities to drive revenue optimization.
- • Help design, build, and improve forecasting tools, dashboards, and automated reporting processes to scale financial operations across the organization.
- • Support the Sr. Manager of GTM Finance by delivering timely, high-quality financial insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
- • Ensure data hygiene and modeling integrity in all financial analyses, with a focus on precision and reproducibility in Excel/Sheets-based models.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial infrastructure by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
- • Participate in hybrid work model with two in-office days per week at either the Oakland, CA or Denver, CO office to foster team collaboration and alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or business analytics, preferably at a SaaS company
- • Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets with attention to data hygiene and modeling logic
- • Comfort navigating financial statements and SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, etc.)
- • Exposure to planning systems such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Adaptive, and tools like Salesforce and Looker
- • Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
