📋 Description

• Build and maintain driver-based financial models covering revenue, go-to-market (GTM) performance, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Own and deliver accurate, consistent reporting on ARR, bookings, and churn across all systems and platforms
• Partner with the Commercial Org. and Insights team to track commercial KPIs, surface actionable insights, and inform business decisions
• Develop and present data-driven business cases to support investment decisions, headcount requests, and expansion into new markets or segments
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with structured, analytical commentary and variance analysis against forecasts and prior periods
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable forecasting frameworks as the company expands into new geographies and customer segments
• Drive GTM efficiency modelling to assess ROI across channels, regions, and customer segments, translating operational metrics into financial impact
• Collaborate with Data and Revenue Operations teams to improve financial data infrastructure, reporting quality, and automation of routine tasks
• Enhance and own the 18-month driver-based forecast model in partnership with the GTM organisation, ensuring alignment with commercial targets
• Create executive-level reporting dashboards that provide transparency into ARR performance and its key underlying drivers
• Deliver automation and efficiency improvements to the planning, forecasting, and reporting cycle to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy
• Translate complex commercial and operational data into clear, concise financial insights for senior stakeholders without oversimplifying substance
• Proactively identify gaps in FP&A processes and propose well-reasoned, scalable solutions to enhance decision-making capabilities
• Utilize AI tools effectively to accelerate financial analysis, automate reporting outputs, and generate new insights from large datasets
• Contribute to annual planning and reforecast cycles with rigorous analysis and clear recommendations grounded in data
• Act as a thought partner to non-finance leaders, building credibility through analytical rigor and commercial understanding
• Maintain deep intellectual curiosity about crypto, digital assets, and financial crime compliance to inform financial modelling and business context

🎯 Requirements

• Solid FP&A experience, ideally in a fast-growth technology business, with exposure to both corporate planning and commercial finance
• Experience building and maintaining complex, driver-based financial models in Excel or Google Sheets, with understanding of model structure beyond data entry
• Proven ability to work with GTM KPIs and translate them into financial insights for business decision-making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to logically segment complex problems and work through them efficiently
• Confidence working with large and complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns and drive action
• AI fluency is essential — must demonstrate effective use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and generate insight
