• • As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at DevRev Inc., you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the future of work through our AI teammate, Computer. This pivotal role places you at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world customer challenges, empowering you to shape how businesses leverage AI, analytics, and intelligent workflows.
• • You will play a critical role in our Customer Experience team, dedicating approximately 30% of your time to direct customer engagement. This involves understanding their unique needs, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of DevRev's platform.
• • The majority of your time, 70-80%, will be spent in hands-on technical implementation. This is where your engineering prowess will shine as you design, develop, and deploy sophisticated solutions that integrate DevRev's AI capabilities into our customers' existing technology ecosystems.
• • A core responsibility will be the construction and expansion of our Knowledge Graph. This involves building robust integrations between DevRev and a diverse array of SaaS and non-SaaS systems. You will achieve this through the strategic use of webhooks, APIs, and real-time communication architectures, ensuring seamless and efficient data flow.
• • You will be instrumental in building and deploying AI agents, custom integrations, and automated workflows. These solutions will bridge the gap between DevRev's platform and our customers' unique tech stacks and operational processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
• • Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing the performance of our AI models. This includes applying advanced prompt engineering techniques, fine-tuning semantic search engines for enhanced relevance, and leveraging generative AI to create more accurate and intuitive agent behaviors, ultimately improving the overall user experience.
• • You will own the delivery of data insights for our customers. This involves writing complex SQL queries, conducting in-depth data analysis, and developing insightful dashboards that empower customers to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• • A key aspect of this role is rapid prototyping and iteration. You will be expected to quickly develop proofs-of-concept, showcase their potential through live technical demonstrations, and continuously refine these solutions based on valuable feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
