📋 Description

• • Own end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a hyper-growth, AI-driven SaaS leader recognized by Gartner. You will be the single source of truth for how Resilinc allocates capital, measures performance, and scales globally.
• • Build and maintain dynamic, driver-based financial models that power annual budgets, monthly re-forecasts, and rolling 18-month outlooks. Translate complex data into concise narratives that the CEO, CFO, and Board rely on to make multi-million-dollar decisions.
• • Prepare monthly and quarterly board packages, investor decks, and equity-sponsor updates. Deliver crisp variance analyses that pinpoint root causes, quantify impact, and recommend corrective actions within 48 hours of month-end close.
• • Design and automate KPI dashboards covering ARR, net retention, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin, cash burn, and runway. Ensure every functional leader—from Sales to Product to Customer Success—has real-time visibility into the metrics that matter.
• • Partner deeply with Accounting to reconcile FP&A outputs with GAAP financials and audited SaaS metrics. Own the bridge between bookings, billings, revenue, and cash to eliminate surprises and build trust with external auditors and investors.
• • Collaborate with Go-to-Market leadership to model pricing scenarios, territory carve-outs, and pipeline conversion rates. Influence decisions on headcount, quota setting, and marketing spend that directly accelerate ARR growth.
• • Work alongside Product and Engineering to quantify ROI on new AI capabilities, cloud infrastructure costs, and R&D capitalization. Translate technical roadmaps into financial implications for runway, gross margin, and valuation.
• • Drive continuous process improvement by leveraging AI, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, Snowflake, or similar platforms. Eliminate manual spreadsheets and create scalable workflows that keep pace with 50%+ year-over-year growth.
• • Support fundraising activities, M&A due diligence, and strategic partnerships by preparing data rooms, scenario models, and sensitivity analyses that withstand investor scrutiny and maximize valuation.
• • Champion a culture of financial discipline and transparency across a fully remote, global team. Mentor junior analysts and create self-service tools that democratize data and elevate financial literacy company-wide.
