- • Senior FP&A Analyst role at Creative Fabrica Inc., a subscription platform serving millions of creators worldwide, focused on elevating financial planning and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- • Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; design automated dashboards and KPIs; build scalable financial models for scenario analysis; partner with COO and department heads to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations; identify financial risks and support month-end close with Accounting team.
- • Join an international, fast-paced Finance and FP&A team that values analytical rigor, proactive problem-solving, and a builder mindset in a high-growth scale-up environment.
- • Develop expertise in SaaS financial metrics, advanced modeling, and cross-functional leadership while contributing to scalable financial processes that support company-wide growth and ROI.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- • 4+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
- • Advanced financial modeling experience, including 3-statement modeling and scenario analysis.
- • Proficiency in SQL and strong expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
- • Deep understanding of SaaS-specific metrics (ARR, Net Retention, CAC Payback, LTV) and revenue recognition principles.
- • Ability to work with large data sets and self-starter mindset suited to fast-changing environments.
