- • As a Senior FP&A Analyst at DTN, you will play a critical role in aligning financial strategies with sales objectives and optimizing operational efficiency by leveraging financial analysis, Salesforce expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- • You will conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate company performance, profitability, and financial health; identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities; and collaborate closely with RevOps and sales teams to interpret sales data, performance metrics, and pipeline dynamics to ensure financial insights are grounded in real-time commercial activity.
- • You will utilize Salesforce to gather, organize, and analyze sales data for reporting; partner with RevOps to establish and maintain data governance and hygiene practices; and co-develop customized reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights for financial, sales, and operational stakeholders.
- • You will lead forecasting and planning efforts by integrating revenue forecasts into financial planning, conducting scenario analysis to assess strategic impacts, and building robust financial models to support decisions on pricing, resource allocation, and sales strategies.
- • You will communicate complex financial insights clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial stakeholders; respond to ad hoc analysis requests; and foster collaboration between finance, sales, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- • You will stay current on emerging FP&A and RevOps best practices; participate in training initiatives to upskill teams on Salesforce utilization; and identify and drive process improvements across financial, sales, and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Established business experience in finance or revenue operations (RevOps)
- • Proven experience designing and implementing financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision support
- • Strong proficiency in Salesforce utilization for financial reporting, data governance, and dashboard development
- • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional audiences
- • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving aptitude in fast-paced, dynamic environments
