- • Senior FP&A Analyst role at Pax8, Inc., a fast-growing AI-powered cloud marketplace, focused on sharpening company-wide planning, forecasting, and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading annual planning with department leaders, owning budget-to-actuals storytelling, tracking KPIs and performance drivers, building and evolving financial models, producing board-ready reporting, strengthening monthly close processes, driving reforecasting, modernizing FP&A tooling and processes, and supporting scale initiatives like new business units and acquisitions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Substantial experience in progressive accounting/finance work with strong business partnership instincts
- • Proven capability in financial statement modeling under GAAP and direct cash flow forecasting
- • Exceptional Excel skills for building robust, trusted financial models
- • Comfort operating across strategy and execution — able to dive into details and elevate insights for leadership
- • Confidence working with data ecosystems (relational databases, Power BI) and curiosity about improving data flows
- • Experience with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive or Pigment) or Power Query is a plus
- • Exposure to SaaS and tech industry finance, especially in growth-stage environments, is a plus
- • Clear, audience-aware communication skills to translate financial complexity into actionable decisions
