- • As a Senior FP&A Manager at Lendable Ltd, you will lead financial planning and performance management for the entire group across the UK, US, and Mexico, reporting directly to the VP of Finance and partnering closely with C-suite stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and forward-looking insights.
- • You will own the group’s forecasting and planning processes, including the annual planning cycle and regular updates to core financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), while designing, building, and enhancing FP&A processes, models, and reporting frameworks from first principles to support a scalable planning and performance capability.
- • You will drive the adoption of the core FP&A reporting platform (Abacum), including designing data models, reporting structures, dimensionality, and reporting cadence, and lead monthly P&L reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking for senior leadership and product MDs, preparing and delivering board and executive reporting packs.
- • You will partner with product and commercial teams to support new product launches by providing financial analysis, business case modelling, and go/no-go decision support from initial concept through to launch and growth, while maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s financial models, underlying business drivers, assumptions, and sensitivities.
- • You will leverage emerging technologies such as LLMs, generative AI, and advanced FP&A tools to drive step-change improvements in reporting speed, forecast accuracy, and productivity, and uphold high standards of data governance and financial modelling across the organisation as data sources and automation scale.
- • You will operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership, working in small teams of exceptional people who are relentlessly resourceful in solving problems and building best-in-class technology in-house using new data sources, machine learning, and AI.

🎯 Requirements
- • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA)
- • Experience in a similar FP&A, finance, or strategic finance role in a fast-growing fintech or tech startup
- • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills with experience in FP&A platforms and advanced Excel/Sheets
- • Proficiency in coding, ideally SQL (preferable but not required)
- • Commercially minded with the ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and communicate clearly at all levels
- • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving work environment with a high degree of ownership
