📋 Description

• As a Senior Front End Engineer at Thrill Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of Thrill.com, a groundbreaking crypto gaming platform poised to become a global sensation in the iGaming industry. Your work will directly impact how millions of users interact with cutting-edge blockchain technology, seamless crypto transactions, and immersive gaming interfaces, making this role central to the company’s mission of redefining the future of digital entertainment.
• You will be responsible for building and optimizing high-performance, user-facing components that power the core functionality of the platform, including navigation, search, bet slips, and interactive gaming features. This involves translating Figma designs and API specifications into polished, production-ready interfaces while ensuring flawless integration with backend systems and infrastructure.
• Day-to-day, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to challenge conventional approaches and craft magical, signature user experiences that set Thrill apart in a competitive market. You will take full ownership of features from initial design review through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch performance monitoring.
• You will develop high-quality, maintainable code using TypeScript, actively participate in peer code reviews, and implement automated testing strategies to ensure reliability and scalability. Your contributions will directly influence front-end architecture decisions, helping to establish best practices and technical standards across the engineering team.
• You will continuously monitor and optimize component performance to ensure fast, responsive interactions under varying loads, particularly critical for real-time gaming and financial transactions. This includes identifying bottlenecks, refining rendering efficiency, and ensuring seamless user journeys across devices.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio demonstrating modern, customer-facing product expertise.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and practical experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to own features end-to-end, from design interpretation and technical planning through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong problem-solving skills, systematic approach to development, and excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration in a remote, cross-functional team.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level) and flexibility to work remotely with willingness to travel occasionally for team alignment.
• Passion for user experience, a keen eye for design, and a proactive mindset toward ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
