📋 Description

• Senior Frontend Engineer at Skelar AS, a venture-builder that creates consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech and more, with tech products used by 10+ million people globally and recognized by Product Hunt, Webby Awards, and TrustPilot.
• The role involves technical leadership including solution design, architecture discussions, mentoring junior developers, raising quality standards via code reviews and technical initiatives; end-to-end delivery within sprints in close collaboration with design, analytics, and backend teams; engineering quality through scalable, maintainable code and performance-critical scenarios on high-load platforms; and AI-driven development using AI tools for coding, reviews, and solution exploration, with expectation to expand AI application boundaries within the team.
• Skelar AS operates as a venture-builder with the SKELAR Platform as its operational core, providing Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, IT and other functions to its portfolio companies, enabling them to focus on product; the company fosters a culture of network and experience sharing with co-founders and top specialists, offers exclusive domain education via internal programs (from 2-month manager schools to AI intensives and professional clubs), supports Ukraine through the SKELAR Foundation (including Europe’s first veteran accelerator), provides an ecosystem for productive work with gyms, climbing walls, green zones in Bali, and libraries, and ensures daily comfort with meals, sports training access (Kyiv) or partial compensation (Warsaw), health insurance, paid business trips, and corporate discounts.
• The person will achieve technical growth through leadership in architecture and AI integration, deepen expertise in Vue/React and TypeScript, scale impact via mentoring and cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to products used by millions while working in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment with strong social impact and professional development opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development
• Deep experience with Vue or React
• Confident TypeScript
• Experience with A/B tests and feature flags
• Experience writing tests (unit, component)
• Experience building scalable applications with AI
