📋 Description

• Senior Frontend Engineer at ClickUp (operating under Mango Technologies, Inc. in Poland) plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of work by building and refining the converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search—empowering millions of teams globally to overcome work sprawl and reclaim productivity through innovative, context-driven AI.
• You will architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable frontend components using Angular 2+, ensuring seamless user experiences across ClickUp’s evolving platform while collaborating closely with backend, integrations, design, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features with ownership over code quality, testing, and bug resolution.
• The engineering team at ClickUp operates with a strong culture of autonomy, accountability, and innovation—valuing engineers who are self-starters, problem-solvers, and passionate about improving how people work, all while contributing to a fast-scaling, mission-driven environment that rewards grit and ambition.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience working with JavaScript and at least one modern framework, with Angular 2+ being required
• Proven experience with Redux-style state management (specifically NgRx), TypeScript, and RxJS for building reactive, maintainable applications
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS, including layout systems, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices (WCAG/ARIA)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teammates and elevate team technical craft through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and guidance on best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across engineering, product, design, and QA teams
• Self-motivated, operationally focused mindset with a history of owning project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while resolving complex performance and scalability issues
