📋 Description

• As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Weave Communications, Inc., you will build and maintain features for Weave's desktop clients using modern web technologies, directly impacting how customers experience the platform while contributing to a culture of ownership and innovation.
• Day to day, you will develop rich applications using TypeScript and React, collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to coordinate work, ensure long-term code quality, and contribute to shared platform libraries and UI components.
• You will join a highly autonomous, cross-functional engineering team that values trust, collaboration, and technical excellence, working alongside product managers and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions in a remote-first environment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in frontend architecture, performance optimization, and modern tooling, while growing your influence as a trusted engineer shaping user-facing products used by local businesses and their customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience developing rich applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and other web technologies
• 3+ years experience with at least one modern web application framework (React, Angular, Ember, etc.)
• Experience with building high-performance, reusable code, such as UI components
• Experience with consuming ReSTful APIs
• Experience with debugging
