📋 Description

• Senior Frontend Engineer at ClickUp (operating under Mango Technologies, Inc. in Canada) to build and improve core product experiences in a fast-moving, innovative environment focused on unifying work through AI-powered tools.
• What the person will do day to day:
• Build product features using Angular 2+ and React in close collaboration with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Architect efficient, reusable frontend code that enhances scalability and maintainability of the ClickUp platform.
• Collaborate with backend and integrations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end feature delivery across modules like tasks, docs, chat, and calendar.
• Work with QA engineers to write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Vitest, Playwright, or similar frameworks to ensure high product quality.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and usability issues affecting user experience.
• Fix bugs promptly with durable solutions while adhering to established frontend architecture and state management patterns (e.g., NgRx, Redux).
• Mentor junior teammates, contribute to code reviews, and help elevate overall engineering quality and best practices.
• Manage personal project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks, with required proficiency in Angular 2+ or React.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx or similar Redux-style state management libraries.
• Solid understanding of reusable component architecture, frontend performance optimization, and maintainable HTML/CSS practices including accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proven ability to work quickly, take ownership, and execute with urgency in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring teammates and raising engineering standards.
• Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using Jest, Vitest, Playwright, or related testing frameworks.
