📋 Description

• Senior Frontend Engineer at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., a leading insurance portal in Southeast Asia, where you will build user-facing features that expand access to affordable and sustainable financial services across ASEAN.
• Develop new user-facing features using modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js); collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX designs; optimize applications for speed and scalability; ensure technical feasibility and responsive design; participate in code reviews; integrate with backend systems; and stay current with emerging frontend trends.
• Join a mission-driven team headquartered in Malaysia that leverages cutting-edge technology like Custom API, trading systems, and data science to simplify complex financial products, including being the first platform globally to offer investment-linked life and health insurance online with instant agent support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Frontend Software Engineer or similar role with a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
