• Join Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users, as a Senior Frontend Engineer on the KYC Technology Team. • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our state-of-the-art platform focused on seamless customer onboarding. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve translating complex business requirements and user stories into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend code. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences that are both intuitive and compliant.
• You will be responsible for architecting and implementing new features for our Know Your Customer (KYC) platform, ensuring a smooth and secure onboarding process for our global user base. This includes developing responsive user interfaces, integrating with various third-party compliance vendors, and optimizing frontend performance for a fast and efficient user journey. You will also play a key role in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• A significant part of your role will involve leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AI/ML, to enhance our onboarding processes. You will contribute to the design and implementation of A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve user conversion rates and reduce friction during the KYC verification steps. Furthermore, you will be involved in troubleshooting and debugging complex frontend issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our platform.
• You will actively participate in agile development ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web application development.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and building scalable, maintainable frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
