• As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Hotels team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our resort partners' success on the marketplace. Your primary focus will be on developing and refining the tools that empower hotels to manage their offerings effectively, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both our partners and their guests. You will be instrumental in building products that directly impact the guest experience upon arrival at the property, contributing to a truly delightful and memorable stay.
• This role demands a strong sense of product ownership. You will be expected to not only execute on the existing roadmap but also to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, obsessing over the delivery of a delightful and efficient user experience. Your insights and initiative will be crucial in pushing the team towards achieving ambitious goals and delivering milestone products that will propel the company into its next phase of growth. You will be a key contributor to releasing products that are not only user-centric but also highly performant, meeting and exceeding critical site metrics and business KPIs.
• Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Product Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts to conceptualize, design, and build cutting-edge products. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in translating complex requirements into elegant and functional frontend solutions. You will be a champion for best practices, ensuring that the products we build are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
• Beyond individual contributions, you will have the opportunity to influence and mature the team's engineering culture. Working alongside senior technical leadership, you will help foster an environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and a commitment to quality. This includes contributing to code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and advocating for modern frontend development practices. Your leadership and experience will be invaluable in elevating the team's overall technical capabilities and output.

• This role is based in New York City, with an expectation of working in the office four days a week. 🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience working with web technologies.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and its associated modern frontend toolkit.
• Proven experience building and maintaining high-scale, high-quality web applications.
• Empathetic communicator with a track record of seamless collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for product excellence, customer delight, and driving business value.
• Located in or near the NYC area, with availability for 4 days/week in-office presence.
