• • As a Senior Frontend Engineer at SoSafe GmbH, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our learning technology platform, focusing on creating accessible, personalized, and localized learning experiences at scale.
• • Your core responsibility will be to lead the development of innovative new features and user experiences, guiding them from initial concept through to successful deployment.
• • You will be expected to think strategically about outcomes, prioritizing user impact and the overall effectiveness of the product over mere implementation details.
• • A significant part of your role will involve designing and building a scalable, modular, and maintainable frontend architecture that can support future growth and evolving user needs.
• • You will champion code quality and product reliability by implementing comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, end-to-end (e2e) tests, and contract testing, ensuring a robust and stable user experience.
• • Proactively monitor and enhance the performance, accessibility, and overall reliability of our frontend applications, leveraging tools such as Sentry, Datadog, or similar observability platforms to identify and resolve issues.
• • You will actively participate in a modern Agile/Scrum development environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, actively participating in and contributing to our DevOps practices to streamline the development and release process.
• • Play a key role in mentoring and supporting fellow frontend engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth through constructive code reviews, pair programming sessions, and insightful architecture discussions.
• • You will be involved in integrating cutting-edge AI-powered features into our user-facing products, contributing to the development of intelligent and adaptive learning tools.
