- • As a Senior Frontend / Full-Stack Engineer focused on Web Performance & Growth, you will be a technical leader driving initiatives that directly impact user experience, platform performance, and conversion rates for a leading real estate technology platform.
- • You will own high-stakes projects end-to-end, focusing on the unauthenticated and early-funnel user journey, architecting scalable systems using React and Next.js, implementing experimentation strategies, and elevating technical standards across the engineering organization.
- • You will work with TrueLogic, a nearshore staff augmentation provider headquartered in New York with over 600+ tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies on impactful digital transformation projects.
- • You will collaborate with a diverse, global team of seasoned experts, contribute to high-impact projects for top American companies, and grow your expertise while mentoring others and improving developer experience in a culture that values well-being and work-life balance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience building modern, large-scale web applications
- • Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- • Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals, SSR/CSR tradeoffs, caching, and Lighthouse optimization
- • Proven experience designing and running A/B tests and managing gradual feature rollouts
- • Strong experience with analytics, tracking, and telemetry systems
- • Experience working across the stack (Node.js and/or Ruby on Rails) and integrating with complex APIs
- • Ability to make high-level decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
