• As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of key frontend features. This includes architecting robust solutions, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring the scalability and maintainability of our frontend codebase. You will tackle complex technical challenges, leveraging your expertise to build performant and engaging user interfaces that delight our customers.
• You will have the opportunity to take significant ownership of your work, driving projects from inception to deployment. • Key responsibilities will include:

• Proactively identifying and addressing technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the frontend architecture.
• Implementing and advocating for best practices in frontend development, including testing strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contributing to the overall technical vision and roadmap of the frontend platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Taking ownership of feature development cycles, from initial planning and estimation through to final release and post-launch monitoring.
• Participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient team collaboration and delivery.
• Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in frontend development, evaluating their potential application to enhance our product and development processes.
• Mentoring and guiding other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
