- • As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at Archy Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming dental practice management through innovative SaaS technology, directly enabling dental professionals to focus on patient care by eliminating technical friction in their daily operations.
- • You will own the end-to-end delivery of major frontend features and product updates, ensuring seamless, high-performance user experiences that are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the needs of dental practices across the United States.
- • Day to day, you will lead the release of frontend features, manage production lifecycles for your domains, integrate AI tools like Claude to enhance development efficiency, refine AI-powered interfaces for intuitiveness and performance, collaborate closely with backend engineers using Java Spring Boot, participate in rigorous code reviews, identify and implement team efficiency improvements, and estimate and plan development efforts to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- • You will work within a mission-driven, collaborative team at Archy that values technical excellence, customer impact, and continuous improvement, where your contributions directly influence the reliability and usability of a platform trusted by dental professionals to run their businesses.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- • 6+ years of professional experience as a frontend engineer with a proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- • Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript, with familiarity in Tailwind CSS considered a strong plus.
- • Demonstrated experience managing frontend releases and monitoring system health in live production environments to ensure stability and uptime.
- • Ability to strategically leverage AI tools (such as Claude) to accelerate development velocity while preserving codebase maintainability and long-term technical health.
- • Deep commitment to testing, stability, and performance optimization to deliver a rock-solid platform for end users.
- • Customer-centric mindset with empathy for dental professionals and understanding of how software impacts their daily operations and business success.
