📋 Description

• As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at Archy Inc., you will play a pivotal role in advancing dental practice management through innovative SaaS technology, directly enabling dental professionals to focus on patient care by eliminating technical friction in their daily operations.
• You will lead the end-to-end delivery of major frontend features and product updates, owning the production lifecycle of critical domains to ensure seamless, bug-free experiences for dental practices while driving technical excellence in a high-impact, user-centered environment.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading feature releases, integrating AI tools like Claude to enhance development efficiency, refining AI-powered interfaces for intuitive user experiences, collaborating with backend teams on Java Spring Boot and React/TypeScript integration, participating in rigorous code reviews, identifying and implementing team efficiency improvements, and estimating and planning development efforts for timely, high-quality delivery.
• You will join a mission-driven team at Archy that is transforming dental practice management by replacing outdated systems with modern, reliable software, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and respect where diverse perspectives are valued and technical ownership is encouraged.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in frontend architecture, AI-augmented development, and performance optimization while making a tangible impact on the usability and reliability of a product used by dental professionals to run their businesses more effectively, positioning you as a technical leader in vertical SaaS innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a frontend engineer with a strong emphasis on writing clean, quality code.
• Extensive experience with React and TypeScript; Tailwind experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage releases and monitor frontend health in live production environments.
• Demonstrated skill in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve development velocity without compromising code maintainability.
• Deep commitment to testing, stability, and performance to ensure platform reliability for end users.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on enabling dental professionals to focus on patient care.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and respect for team diversity.
