📋 Description
- • Senior Full Stack Developer responsible for owning and evolving the AI infrastructure that powers internal operations and customer-facing deployments at LeanLayer Inc., a top-rated RevOps agency.
- • Day-to-day tasks include building React/TypeScript interfaces, developing Python-based backends with FastAPI/Flask, integrating LLM APIs, managing PostgreSQL and vector databases, creating REST APIs, implementing authentication and RBAC, containerizing with Docker, deploying on GCP, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
- • Works within a high-ownership, small-team environment alongside RevOps Consultants, Data Engineers, and AI teams to translate complex AI workflows into production-ready systems.
- • Opportunity to design scalable architectures, handle real-world data complexity, and build systems that balance automation with human-in-the-loop workflows while gaining deep expertise in AI-integrated full-stack development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience with Python and React/TypeScript
- • Experience designing REST APIs and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- • Experience with Docker, GCP (Compute Engine), and CI/CD pipelines
- • Experience building production systems with real data models and workflows
- • Experience working with LLM APIs and handling streaming responses
- • Background in small teams or startups with full-stack ownership
