📋 Description
- • Senior Full Stack Engineer role at tem, a company rebuilding the energy transaction to make it transparent and fair by putting power back in the hands of customers and tackling access to low-cost electricity through AI-native infrastructure.
- • Design and build systems powering tem's core products and internal platforms across teams including Platform, Billings, Payments, Customer Acquisition, and Customer Success; lead development of customer- and broker-facing portals, build scalable billing and payments systems, improve developer experience and platform foundations, and streamline internal operations through intelligent workflows and dashboards.
- • Join a mission-driven team valued for ownership, clarity, and impact, working to rearchitect global energy market infrastructure so transparency, efficiency, and sustainability become the default, not the exception, following a $75M Series B funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
- • Develop full-stack features using modern front-end frameworks and serverless back-end systems, shape user experiences, improve engineering workflows, collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design, and maintain high standards through clean, well-tested code and code reviews.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven product delivery experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a startup or fast-paced product environment with ownership of key projects from start to finish
- • Front- and back-end fluency with strong experience in Python and/or Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React
- • Cloud-native skills with experience working with AWS services, especially serverless tools like Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
- • User-focused mindset: comfortable turning product and user problems into simple, elegant technical solutions
- • Team-first approach: experience working in cross-functional teams where Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers collaborate closely
