📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance single-page applications using React, Angular, or Vue, with a focus on component-based UI architecture and responsive design.
• Design and implement frontend architecture that ensures optimal performance, security, and maintainability across complex user interfaces.
• Write, review, and refactor code for both frontend and backend components, adhering to quality, security, and best practice standards.
• Build and maintain backend services in Python, specializing in high-load, data-intensive systems and optimizing data pipelines for analytics and product features.
• Utilize PostgreSQL extensively for database design, performance tuning, query optimization, and scaling data-intensive operations.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and low-latency user experiences.
• Refactor legacy systems and migrate them to modern, scalable tech stacks while maintaining system stability and functionality.
• Implement comprehensive automated testing including unit tests and end-to-end tests, and actively participate in CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve observability, stability, and resilience of services under large data volumes.
• Collaborate across global teams to align technical implementation with product goals and business outcomes, ensuring architecture decisions support growth.
• Apply business-oriented thinking to technical decisions, prioritizing solutions that directly impact product scalability, user experience, and revenue.
• Work within a remote-first environment across 20+ countries, contributing to shared OKRs and fostering open dialogue and constructive feedback.
• Engage in continuous improvement of system observability, troubleshooting workflows, and operational reliability to meet high availability standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI-integrated systems since 2023, enhancing automation and data-driven decision-making across the product ecosystem.
• Maintain strong alignment with web security best practices across all layers of the application stack.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning sessions to elevate team-wide engineering standards.
• Support the company’s ecosystem of products including SplitMetrics Acquire, SplitMetrics Optimize, and App Radar by SplitMetrics through robust, scalable engineering solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• 4+ years experience with Python and building high-load, scalable backend systems
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and optimization
• Experience with microservices, data pipelines, and analytics solutions
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and automated testing (unit, e2e)
• B1+ English language proficiency
