📋 Description

• Architect and deliver high-impact, scalable web products that reach 25 % of global users, using Laravel, Vue.js, and native JavaScript while handling 2.2 billion daily requests across 450 servers.
• Own the full development lifecycle—from ideation and technical design to deployment and post-release optimization—ensuring every line of code contributes directly to the success of Fortune 500 clients like Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal, and IKEA.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and availability by profiling bottlenecks, refactoring critical paths, and introducing caching layers (Redis, MySQL/NoSQL tuning) that keep latency low even under extreme load.
• Collaborate in cross-functional agile squads with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric features that leverage AI and ML to personalize billions of interactions.
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues before they impact customers, employing real-time monitoring, automated testing, and chaos-engineering practices to maintain 99.9 % uptime across web, mobile, and messaging channels.
• Drive technical decision-making by leading architecture reviews, code reviews, and RFC processes; mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in clean code, SOLID principles, and secure development standards.
• Ship containerized microservices with Docker and orchestrate them on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3) while maintaining infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines that enable daily releases with zero downtime.
• Contribute to open-source initiatives and internal libraries that accelerate development velocity across 30 global offices, ensuring reusable components and shared knowledge raise the bar for every team.
• Communicate progress transparently to stakeholders through concise sprint demos, post-mortems, and OKR updates, aligning engineering output with company-wide goals and customer success metrics.
• Experiment fearlessly with emerging technologies—whether it’s serverless, edge computing, or new JavaScript frameworks—to keep Insider One at the forefront of the marketing-tech industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade applications with Laravel and modern JavaScript (ES6+, Vue.js, React or similar).
• Deep expertise in relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (Redis, DynamoDB), including query optimization, indexing, and replication strategies.
• Proven ability to design and operate distributed systems at scale, evidenced by hands-on work with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Strong grasp of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven design, DDD) and a track record of leading technical design reviews and mentoring others.
• Nice-to-have: contributions to open-source Laravel or JavaScript projects, experience with real-time data pipelines (Kafka, Kinesis), or certifications in AWS or CNCF technologies.
