A core part of your role will involve providing hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to a distributed team of engineers, fostering their growth through constructive code reviews and architectural discussions. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing services such as App Services, Front Door, and Azure SQL Database to build resilient and efficient systems. Furthermore, you will define and uphold engineering standards, champion best practices in CI/CD pipelines, and oversee development workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all projects. Your expertise will also extend to monitoring and ensuring system reliability, leveraging Azure tools like Application Insights for deep observability.

You will also serve as a primary escalation point for complex technical challenges, providing expert solutions and guidance to the team.
