- • Senior Full Stack Engineer .NET / React role focused on building and maintaining digital interviewing and talent assessment solutions for a US-based product company partnered with Ubiminds.
- • Develop new features and maintain existing components across front-end (React) and back-end (.NET/C#), design and optimize MS SQL databases, contribute to architectural discussions, write clean testable code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve engineering standards.
- • Join a collaborative, distributed engineering team within a GPTW-certified, people-first company that connects LATAM talent with long-term opportunities at American software product companies, providing full employer-of-record support.
- • Gain experience shaping scalable systems, handling technical ambiguity, contributing to product evolution, and improving English through free native speaker lessons while working with senior engineers and accessing growth opportunities like tech talks and remote social events.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience with .NET (C#) in production environments
- • Solid experience building modern front-end applications with React
- • Experience working with MS SQL or similar relational databases
- • Senior-level mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- • Experience working on existing production systems (not only greenfield)
- • Ability to handle evolving requirements and technical ambiguity
- • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
