- • Senior Full-stack Engineer (React/Node) (Backend-Focused) role focused on building resilient, scalable, and data-intensive systems for a tech-powered real estate company, where you will own the full lifecycle of product features from database design to frontend delivery and production monitoring.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing PostgreSQL schemas, developing event-driven distributed systems, optimizing complex financial workflows, building resilient third-party integrations, implementing reliability patterns (idempotency, DLQs, outbox), creating React/Next.js UIs, leveraging AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, mentoring engineers, and ensuring compliance with SOC2 and PCI-DSS standards.
- • You will join TrueLogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider with 600+ tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with U.S. companies on high-impact digital transformation projects, and work directly with a client that treats technology as a core strategic differentiator in reinventing real estate through elite sales, cutting-edge tech, and world-class content.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in fintech-grade systems, advance your leadership through mentoring and technical ownership, master modern AI-enhanced engineering workflows, and contribute to systems that handle high-stakes transactional data with strong guarantees on reliability, data consistency, and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer delivering production-ready applications end-to-end
- • Strong proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js
- • Advanced experience with React and Next.js
- • Deep expertise in PostgreSQL and database engineering, including raw SQL, query optimization, migrations, and performance analysis
- • Proven experience designing and maintaining event-driven and distributed systems
- • Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, including SOC2 or PCI-DSS
