📋 Description
- • As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at NextLink Labs, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable web applications for clients across industries, directly contributing to their success through technical excellence and strategic thinking. Your work will bridge client needs with innovative solutions, helping organizations modernize legacy systems and build resilient digital products in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
- • You will architect and implement end-to-end features using Ruby on Rails and React, engage directly with clients to gather requirements and demonstrate progress, refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt, mentor junior engineers, contribute to internal best practices, and participate in agile ceremonies including weekly standups and code reviews. Additionally, you’ll support business growth by joining scoping calls with Sales and Marketing, creating technical documentation, and sharing expertise through thought leadership initiatives like blog posts and webinars.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience building web applications with strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React or equivalent frameworks
- • Ability to work independently, take ownership of software engagements, and scope features and full projects based on client requirements
- • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to build client buy-in, facilitate compromise, and guide expectations effectively
- • Strong unit-testing and debugging abilities using RSpec/Minitest and Jest/RTL, plus proficiency with Git, REST/GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and background job systems like Sidekiq/Active Job
- • Understanding of accessibility, security compliance, and scalable application design principles
