• • The role involves end-to-end development of client-facing web applications using Ruby on Rails and React, with direct client engagement, technical leadership, and mentorship responsibilities. You will architect pragmatic solutions, reduce technical debt in legacy systems, and contribute to internal best practices that elevate engineering standards across the organization.

• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with fellow engineers to architect and implement software solutions tailored to client needs; communicating directly with clients to demonstrate progress, gather feedback, and align on expectations; reviewing legacy applications to identify and remediate technical debt through refactoring and modernization; participating in agile workflows with weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; conducting thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge; contributing to internal documentation, code templates, and engineering standards; engaging in thought leadership activities such as writing blog posts, presenting webinars, and creating marketing content that showcases technical expertise; and supporting Sales and Marketing by joining scoping calls to provide technical feasibility assessments and solution recommendations.
