- • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based settlement platforms using Java and modern full-stack technologies.
- • Participate in requirements refinement sessions with product owners, business analysts, and end users to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- • Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging public cloud offerings, with a preference for Azure-based infrastructure and services.
- • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code alongside automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- • Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams including UX designers, data engineers, and cloud architects to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
- • Apply agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security by adhering to industry standards and conducting code reviews with peers.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, providing timely support and root cause analysis for critical system components.
- • Stay current with emerging technologies and cloud trends to recommend improvements that enhance platform scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
- • Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
- • Work within a global, distributed team environment, coordinating with colleagues across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions.
- • Contribute to the adoption of Co-Innovation methodology by aligning technical delivery with client business outcomes and accelerating value creation.
- • Engage with leading technology partners to integrate third-party tools and services into the platform architecture.
- • Advocate for software engineering excellence through mentorship, code quality standards, and process improvements within the development team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Java and modern web frameworks
- • Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud-based applications on public cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- • Demonstrated ability to build large-scale distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance
- • Expertise in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools and practices
- • Experience working in agile environments with direct collaboration with product owners and business analysts
- • Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and test-driven development practices
