- • Design and deliver high-impact product features as a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to solve complex user research challenges.
- • Build elegant features enabling user researchers to analyze and extract compelling insights from qualitative data using classical techniques and large language models.
- • Expand audience management capabilities to help researchers recruit and reward participants globally.
- • Integrate video conferencing and scheduling tools to streamline the booking and management of user interviews.
- • Take full ownership of projects from concept through production, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance of systems.
- • Contribute to architectural decisions and help raise the technical bar by sharing knowledge and best practices with teammates.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish best practices, frameworks, and repeatable processes for measuring the impact of shipped features.
- • Evaluate and improve the performance, security, and maintainability of production applications.
- • Work in a collaborative, remote-first environment that values feedback, continuous learning, and trust.
- • Write high-quality, well-tested code using modern JavaScript technologies including Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- • Utilize relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL, to design and optimize data models for user research workflows.
- • Contribute to a product used by 100,000+ brands across 4,000 companies, supporting millions of user research questions and thousands of product decisions annually.
- • Operate within a global remote team with core engineering and product hubs in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, and Portugal.
- • Engage in an open, transparent culture with virtual coffee chats, bi-weekly all-hands meetings, and peer recognition through Bonus.ly points.
- • Help shape the future of a Series B startup with fewer than 150 team members, directly influencing product direction and engineering standards.

- • Proficient with modern full-stack JavaScript (Node.js and React)
- • Experienced with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
