- • Build and improve modern web applications, backend services, APIs, and data models across client projects
- • Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers based on the evolving needs of client engagements
- • Advise clients on suitable technologies, architectural approaches, and delivery methodologies for digital products and platforms
- • Contribute to cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and production system operations
- • Debug, test, monitor, and optimize production-grade systems to ensure reliability and performance
- • Develop products or tooling related to customer-facing services, internal platforms, identity systems, martech, customer support, analytics, content management, online stores, integrations, or developer SDKs
- • Collaborate directly with client tech teams, business stakeholders, designers, product managers, and cross-functional disciplines
- • Clarify ambiguous requirements and translate them into functional, high-quality software solutions
- • Take ownership of delivery outcomes while ensuring team support and collective success
- • Apply modern development practices, including the use of AI-assisted tools and workflows where appropriate
- • Engage in client-facing consulting roles, providing technical leadership and pragmatic decision-making
- • Operate in a low-hierarchy environment where initiative, curiosity, and hands-on contribution are valued
- • Adapt to varying client contexts, from focused product teams to large international organizations running high-traffic, business-critical services
- • Maintain technical credibility by actively contributing to code, architecture, and operational tasks
- • Communicate effectively in fluent English with international teams and stakeholders
- • Balance work across office locations, client premises, and remote settings based on project and team requirements
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong experience in modern frontend development with TypeScript and React or comparable technologies
- • Strong experience in backend service development with Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Python or comparable technologies
- • Experience building, shipping, and improving production-grade digital products
- • Comfortable working across the full delivery lifecycle from implementation to testing, deployment, and production operations
- • Understanding of cloud environments, CI/CD, deployments, and production system operations
- • Ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders in a senior, consultative role
