📋 Description

• Architect and own end-to-end features for Insider One’s unified marketing platform, writing production-grade Go, PHP-Laravel, and Node.js services that ingest, transform, and serve 2.2 billion daily requests with sub-second latency.
• Design and evolve Vue.js dashboards that visualize real-time customer journeys, predictive segments, and AI-driven recommendations for Fortune 500 brands such as Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal, and Singapore Airlines.
• Build horizontally scalable ingestion pipelines that process hundreds of thousands of events per second, ensuring zero data loss and millisecond-level freshness for 100 TB of historical analytics.
• Optimize and maintain distributed data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse) that power both internal experimentation and external customer-facing APIs, guaranteeing 99.9 % uptime across 9 global products.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka, Kinesis, or NATS to enable real-time personalization across channels like WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Web, and App push notifications.
• Collaborate in cross-functional agile squads with data engineers, ML scientists, and product managers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, testable code and clear technical specifications.
• Champion observability best practices: add distributed tracing, structured logging, and custom metrics that allow the on-call team to detect, diagnose, and resolve incidents before customers notice.
• Continuously refactor legacy monoliths into microservices and gRPC interfaces, reducing deployment time from hours to minutes while keeping backward compatibility for 2,000 enterprise clients.
• Lead code reviews and pair-programming sessions, mentoring mid-level engineers on clean architecture, performance tuning, and secure coding standards in a fully remote, 50-nationality environment.
• Contribute to open-source initiatives and internal SDKs that accelerate feature delivery for other teams, turning reusable components into force multipliers for the entire engineering organization.
• Own the full release lifecycle—from feature flags and canary deployments in Kubernetes on AWS to post-release monitoring—ensuring every line of code meets the bar for a woman-founded, women-led unicorn.
• Drive quarterly OKRs that directly impact revenue, such as cutting dashboard load time by 40 % or increasing message-delivery throughput by 60 %, and present results to C-level stakeholders.
• Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation with a blameless culture, using every incident as a learning opportunity to harden systems that serve 25 % of global internet users.
• Experiment with emerging technologies—WebAssembly at the edge, serverless Rust functions, or advanced ClickHouse materialized views—to keep Insider One at the forefront of martech innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping production code in Go, PHP-Laravel, or Node.js, with demonstrable experience in two of the three stacks.
• Proven track record building Vue.js SPAs that handle large data sets and real-time updates with performance budgets under 100 ms.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems: Kafka, NATS, or Kinesis, plus hands-on tuning of PostgreSQL, Redis, or ClickHouse at multi-terabyte scale.
• Solid grasp of cloud-native tooling—Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS—backed by at least one production-grade migration story.
• Nice-to-have: prior work on martech, ad-tech, or high-throughput analytics platforms serving >1 B events/day.
