📋 Description
- • As a Senior Fullstack Engineer - Growth + Onboarding at Pivotal Health Inc., you will serve as a hands-on Engineering Manager leading the newly forming Integrations team, responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure that connects the platform to external healthcare systems, EHRs, billing platforms, and partner APIs.
- • Day to day, you will write code, conduct design reviews and PRs, lead technical strategy, participate in customer and partner discovery conversations, collaborate with product to translate requirements into execution plans, own sprint planning and delivery, establish team rituals and processes, and coach engineers on both individual contributor and managerial growth.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Pivotal Health, a technology platform helping healthcare providers recover fair reimbursement through AI-driven tools that simplify complex workflows like Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR), reducing administrative burden and enabling providers to operate with clarity and confidence.
