• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions for high-growth businesses across the globe.
• Apply the Product Mindset and Lightwave Methodology to build digital products that are customer-facing and revenue-generating.
• Work with clients to build incredible innovative products as their development partner, driving rapid revenue, market share, and customer growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client's business goals and objectives to ensure alignment from the earliest conceptual stages through market launch and beyond.
• Participate in the development of the company's AI transformation platform, HelixAI, and delivery model, Helix Pods.
• Contribute to the company's commitment to providing best-in-class product development services, adhering to the core values of Intrinsic Dignity, Outsized Impact, Open Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in product development.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive the company's vision and strategy, participating in industry events and thought leadership initiatives.
• Work in an agile development environment, applying the company's business-minded approach to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's Product Mindset and Lightwave Methodology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in product development.
• Participate in the development of the company's software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with the company's executive team to drive the company's vision and strategy, participating in industry events and thought leadership initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in product development.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in .NET and full-stack engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
