- • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React for frontend and .NET for backend systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across platforms.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, aligning development with client goals and the Lightwave Methodology.
- • Apply the Product Mindset principles — Minimize Time to Value, Solve for Need, and Excel at Change — to deliver customer-facing, revenue-generating digital products for clients in SaaS, media, financial services, and retail.
- • Participate in end-to-end product development cycles, from conceptual design and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement post-launch.
- • Integrate modern APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures to build modular, portable, and future-proof solutions aligned with HelixAI platform standards.
- • Work within Helix Pods delivery model as a core contributor, engaging in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews to ensure quality and alignment with client outcomes.
- • Leverage AI-driven development practices and intelligent agent frameworks to enhance product functionality and automate workflows where applicable.
- • Maintain code quality through unit testing, automated testing pipelines, and adherence to clean code standards across both frontend and backend codebases.
- • Communicate technical progress and blockers clearly to product managers and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- • Continuously improve development processes by adopting emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack engineering, guided by the value of Continuous Improvement.
- • Partner with global teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia to deliver seamless, time-zone-aware development cycles while maintaining cultural and technical alignment.
- • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the engineering community at 3Pillar through documentation, internal workshops, and mentorship of junior engineers.
- • Ensure all solutions are built with security, scalability, and maintainability as core priorities, supporting enterprise-grade clients with strict compliance and performance requirements.
- • Stay current with industry trends in React ecosystem (e.g., Next.js, state management) and .NET stack (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Blazor) to drive innovation in product delivery.
- • Actively participate in client discovery sessions to understand user needs and translate them into technical roadmaps that maximize business impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript for building dynamic, responsive user interfaces
- • Strong experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core, C#) for developing robust backend services and APIs
- • Demonstrated ability to deliver full-stack applications from concept to production in agile environments
- • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
- • Understanding of product-driven development and experience collaborating with product managers to prioritize outcomes over outputs
