📋 Description

• Senior Fullstack Engineer role focused on building and maintaining scalable, reliable fullstack software systems using Typescript (React, Node) in an AWS environment to support SoSafe’s mission of becoming the leading human risk management provider in Europe through cybersecurity awareness and behavioral change.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, monitoring, and maintaining fullstack systems; collaborating on the architecture of complex web applications; working closely with platform and frontend teams for seamless integrations; and coaching less experienced developers.
• SoSafe is a fast-growing, award-winning cybersecurity awareness scale-up backed by leading VCs, leveraging behavioral science and data-driven learning to empower organizations against cyber threats by turning employees into their strongest line of defence.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in modern fullstack development, gain hands-on experience with AWS, microservices, and monitoring tools, contribute to impactful cybersecurity solutions, and grow technically and professionally through mentorship and ownership in a purpose-driven, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of development using modern tech stack (including at least 3 years of React & Node + Typescript)
• Experience with relational databases, ideally Aurora PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Sentry, Datadog, and Grafana
• Background in scale-up and/or rapid change environments, ideally in SaaS businesses
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Strong analytical thinking
