đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding of enterprise customers, including EMR integrations, SSO, SCIM provisioning, data pipelines, and security configuration to ensure seamless Heidi deployment.
- • Work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders to design, build, and deploy custom clinical workflows using code — not just documentation — tailored to real-world care delivery processes.
- • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex production issues, diagnosing problems across the full stack, coordinating with internal engineering teams, and closing the loop with customers.
- • Build and maintain tooling, scripts, and automation systems that accelerate deployment timelines, improve reliability, and reduce manual effort across customer implementations.
- • Translate field insights from enterprise customers into clear, actionable feedback for Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and product improvements.
- • Empower customers to operate independently by documenting processes, providing training, and building internal knowledge bases that ensure long-term self-sufficiency.
- • Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement and troubleshoot integration protocols including REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and FHIR/HL7 in live healthcare environments.
- • Act as the trusted technical liaison between Heidi and strategic customers, bridging technical requirements with clinical workflows to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
- • Drive customer success by ensuring each implementation not only functions but enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of care delivery for clinicians and patients.
- • Be embedded onsite or directly with customers, taking full ownership of technical outcomes from initial deployment through to sustained, scalable operations.
- • Participate in field intelligence gathering to surface unmet needs, edge cases, and systemic pain points experienced by healthcare providers using Heidi’s AI Care Partner.
- • Maintain rigorous standards for safety, reliability, and trust in all customer-facing technical work, aligning with Heidi’s commitment to healthcare-grade systems.
- • Support global deployments across the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, working with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by refining deployment playbooks, creating technical guides, and mentoring other forward-deployed engineers.
- • Ensure all technical solutions comply with enterprise security requirements and healthcare data privacy standards in diverse international regulatory environments.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving customer needs and changing clinical contexts, maintaining flexibility while upholding technical integrity and system reliability.
- • Be the last line of technical defense before customer handoff — responsible for ensuring Heidi operates flawlessly in live healthcare settings before departure.
