📋 Description
- • As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer on Vanta's Collaboration team, you will build user-facing products and reusable platform components that enable seamless collaboration for customers managing GRC and trust management tasks, directly supporting Vanta's upmarket growth by replacing fragmented workflows with integrated in-app experiences.
- • You will lead and execute cross-functional projects, design and build high-quality reusable APIs and UI components (using React, TypeScript, GraphQL), participate in on-call rotations, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and contribute to Vanta's engineering culture and technical direction.

- • In this role, you will develop technical leadership skills, deepen your expertise in fullstack platform development, influence architecture decisions across engineering teams, and gain exposure to security and compliance domains while scaling impactful systems used company-wide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of industry experience with strong fullstack capabilities
- • Proven experience building user-facing features and platform services consumed by other teams
- • Experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern web technologies
- • Technical leadership experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, and driving architecture decisions
- • Platform or internal tools experience building for developer customers
- • On-call and production operations experience
- • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- • Bias for action and comfort working in ambiguity within fast-growth environments
