📋 Description

• Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer responsible for designing and developing new features for SaaS products, driving technical excellence and product innovation at a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company with $54M ARR.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include independently developing frontend and backend features, acting as technical lead within the squad, improving code quality through refactoring and optimization, managing multiple projects, supporting customer support with technical solutions, and training fellow developers to enhance team competency.
• Lemlist SAS is a global, remote-friendly team of 155 talented people, majority-owned by founder Guillaume Moubeche, operating two business lines: Sales Engagement (lemlist & Claap) and Personal Branding (Taplio & Tweet Hunter), with a mission to help businesses grow and become a world-class giant in Sales Tech.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in B2B SaaS architecture, lead technical initiatives, contribute to scalable product development, expand your fullstack TypeScript proficiency, and grow professionally through autonomy, knowledge sharing, and impact-driven work in a high-growth, profitable environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in TypeScript/JavaScript with at least 7 years of experience
• Proven track record in building and maintaining web applications
• Robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB, ideally with React experience
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects
• Fluency in French and English, availability in French timezone
• Comfortable with agile methodologies and remote work tools (Gather, Slack, Notion)
