- • Provide functional support for a portfolio of enterprise applications including Oracle Financials, Coupa, CoStar, OneSource, Diligent Boards, and eSignature platforms.
- • Analyze and resolve application issues by coordinating with internal technical teams and external software vendors.
- • Manage application configurations, security roles, workflows, and business rules across corporate SaaS and enterprise systems.
- • Partner with business stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, Tax, Corporate Real Estate, and Board Management to understand objectives, challenges, and process needs.
- • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and solution documentation.
- • Coordinate end-to-end testing activities including test planning, execution, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- • Act as a functional product owner for assigned applications, managing enhancement backlogs and application roadmaps.
- • Evaluate vendor releases and recommend adoption strategies to align with business goals and technological advancements.
- • Participate in vendor relationship management and product evaluations to ensure optimal platform selection and utilization.
- • Collaborate with Information Security, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams to support governance and regulatory requirements.
- • Provide documentation and subject matter expertise during periodic audits, security reviews, access governance activities, and application risk assessments.
- • Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments and user access reviews to maintain control integrity.
- • Remediate audit findings, control gaps, and compliance risks related to enterprise applications.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency through technology.
- • Apply business process analysis and mapping techniques to optimize corporate functions including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and financial workflows.
- • Maintain strong change management practices and ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the application lifecycle.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Enterprise Applications Analyst
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS and cloud applications in a corporate environment
- • Proven success leading application implementations, enhancements, and business process improvement initiatives
- • Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, business process analysis/mapping, and functional solution design
- • Experience with testing activities including test case creation, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination
