• • As a Senior Functional Analyst - Salesforce, you will serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, maximizing the value of the Salesforce platform by providing functional support, troubleshooting persistent issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• • Day to day, you will act as the front line of Salesforce support, collaborating with geographically diverse teams to resolve user issues, identify recurring problems for permanent solutions, assist in creating training materials and user stories, and work within a scrum team alongside Salesforce Admins and QA to deliver business value.
• • You will join PAR Technology Corporation, a global leader in restaurant technology for over 40 years, serving over 100,000 restaurants in 110+ countries with Unified Customer Experience solutions that integrate POS, digital ordering, loyalty, and back-office systems.
